Collaborations + Brand Support

I am honoured to work with other brands and welcome the opportunity to support businesses who value both physical and mental wellbeing whether it is through collaborations, brand ambassador/influencer support or community + corporate events. I have worked with leading brands, including Lululemon, Sweaty Betty, No1 Rosemary, Psychologies Magazine, Soho Farmhouse, Daylesford, Sober Bliss, The Voice of Calm, Ombar, Ishga and SpaceNK.

Events include yoga, meditation, nutrition seminars and coaching, fitness, zumba and sharing my story of transitioning from City Broker to Yoga Teacher.

Menu Development + Consulting

I design and consult businesses and individuals running events (parties, weddings) or launching new menus (cafes, retreats). If you would like help or a fresh eye to create a concept for your new menu or special occasion please contact me at victoria.adams@me.com

Motivational + Public Speaking Events

Sharing what I know, and what I am learning is one of my biggest passions. Whether you have a room full of people or a group of like-minded friends, if you would like me to speak at one of your events about nutrition and health then do get in touch.

I love cooking and sharing food. If you would like an “At Home” retreat experience, your day would look something like this:

  • Morning yoga + meditation

  • Morning smoothie or healthy breakfast (plus instruction on how to make it yourself)

  • Walking/personal training/nutrition session

  • Savoury foods workshop + lunch

  • Evening Yin Yoga class

  • Healthy Supper + full recipes

The At Home Retreats are custom designed to suit your needs: if you are looking to lose fat, the day(s) will be designed to give you tools to make healthy meals at home forever more, as well as including activities that will kick start fat loss. I also offer plans to improve:

  • Sleep

  • Stress

  • Fluctuating moods

  • Nutritional understanding

  • Flexibility

  • Fitness

  • Facial tone + wrinkles (with Facial exercise)

  • Your partner’s enthusiasm for all things healthy ;)
