Sessions are available online via telephone, whatsapp, Skype, FaceTime, or in person.
HOW IT WORKS
I hold private sessions in my Bishops Stortford and Cotswolds clinics, as well as online by phone, Skype and Zoom calls. Home visits are sometimes possible depending on your needs.
Before our first call, you will receive a detailed health history + questionnaire. This plus a 3-day food diary must be returned before our first session together.
During sessions we get very clear on what your goals are and work together to put realistic steps into place to reach them using food, activity and nutritional understanding.
TYPES OF PACKAGES
4 WEEKS TO WONDERFUL: 4 weekly sessions by telephone for 1 month. After this you should be well on your way to work towards new goals independently (i.e. without me, and without paying a bomb for the rest of your life!)
2 MONTH TRANSFORMATION: 4 bi-weekly sessions by telephone for 2 months. This gives you time to manage other commitments whilst making lasting changes to your diet - and your waistline.
REFRESH AND REVIVE: a single session to kick start your health regime and get you back on track - this will require a lot of your own willpower as it is packed with information that you will have to implement independently. If you feel you need more support, you are welcome to book another session, or the 4-week and 8-week programs above will offer you much more regular support and accountability.
This is about seeing results in as short a time frame as possible - you will have to work hard, and be clear about what it is that you want and why.
